Who is Desirée Pacheco?
- Professor at IESE Business School, specializing in Entrepreneurship.
- Former management and technology consultant at Accenture, where she drove strategy and innovation in numerous firms.
- More than a decade teaching entrepreneurship and strategic management, combined with consulting in more than 50 startups and small companies.
His research focus:
- Intersection between institutions, entrepreneurship and business strategy.
- She studies how sustainable business can foster institutional change and transform social norms.
Acknowledgements:
- Winner of the 2015 Emerging Scholar Award from the Academy of Management.
- Her work has been published in renowned journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science and more.

His experience:
- Under his management, Andreu World has expanded its international presence to more than 90 countries and currently has 30 own showrooms in Spain, Europe, United States and Asia.
- His firm commitment to sustainability has become the company's hallmark. He has promoted pioneering initiatives in the circular economy and has obtained the main certifications that endorse it: FSC 100%, Cradle to Cradle and B Corp.
- He is part of the Management Board of the World Design Organization, an international reference institution in the field of industrial design and a consultant of the United Nations.
